Genelia D’Souza

Genelia D’Souza an Indian Actress acted in Telugu,Hindi,Tamil and Kannada languages. She born on August 5,1987 in Mumbai. She is a Christian and recognizes herself as a Mangolorean Catholic

Early Life:-

Genelia D’Souza born and bought up in Mumbai. She did her schooling at Apostolic Carmel High School and Pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree of Management at St.Andrews college.
Apart from studying and acting in films , she is a State Level Athlete and a National Level football player.

Career:-

In the year 2003, she started acting in Bollywood.Her first Hindi film was ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’ opposite Ritesh Deshmukh .then she was interested in Tollywood industry and left Bollywood for a while.
Before, Genelia acted in Fair and Lovely Ad ,a Tamil director ’ Shankar’ was very much impressed with her performance and cast her as a heroine as a leading role in his Tamil version ‘Boys’ the film hit a box office and got opportunities to act in many successful telugu films which includes “ready, bomarillu, sathyam, happy ,samba, sye ,subhash Chandra bose “ and she launched as a successful career in Tollywood.

She again appeared in Bollywood films like” Mere Baap Pehle Ap “which was moderately successful and “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” which was new style acting as a heroine in the film which is the major box office hit.
